Do you guys know how to remove/hide the transparent box and if possible the text too?
I am using custom icons for my stack folders and the transparent box and text makes it look ugly, want a clean look. i am sure the docklet is not using png or any other formats for the transparent box so it has to be in the dll.
this is a really usefull docklet, used it for a few years, though it may get pretty messy when u got many folders, it starts going off screen lol. Standalonestack is great though it has been reported by many users some weird bugs. Now using 7Stack (alastria.com/software/7stacks/… works great (WindowsXP/Vista/7) you guys should try it
Yes, but you can unblock it by click dragging the locked up icon a little bit sideways, in other words, you click on the locked up icon but keep holding the mouse button down and then shake the icon a little bit and it gets unstuck. Anyway it is still a bug and somewhat annoying and it should be fixed.
I love this docklet! Thanks! But one question: how do I make the name of the folder disappear? I hate to hover over the docket and have the name "pictures" appear. I can't change it from the docklet settings :S Please Help!
Completely perfect! I found that ObjectDock was the perfect tool to replace RocketDock, that was giving me some headaches when trying to come back to desktop in Windows 7. ObjectDock gets around this beautifully, but I was missing this docklet, which I used with RocketDock. IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME!!! PERFECT!!! Thank you very, very much.
It does not seem like you have posted anything new on the stack docklet for a while. I have a bug and a request to report with screen shots. I am willing to donate a bit to you in order to encourage you to take the time to make the changes. The display text of the rocket dock label gets in the way of the bottom row of the stack icons. Also I would like to be able to wrap the text under the icons to display the full icon lable. ~ Merlin
